I grew up in a small town in the north of Mexico, Barroterán Coahuila. I am the youngest of a beautiful family. Before moving to Canada, I was lucky to live in different places in Mexico, learning my traditions. Since then, my inspiration for art comes from both, my amazing colorful culture, and the peaceful landscapes of the north. My work is often a mixed of traditional and non conventional. I use metaphor and iconography to bring alive characters that can only live in stories.

The moments that one captures with a camera are sublime - surrounded by the mysteries of the past, guessing the present, and predicting the future. The interpretation of each photograph is up to the viewers, so one image has unlimited possibilities, a magic that just photography can do.
